Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on anything you buy from Lil Baby Cakes®. Our top priority is for you to be thrilled with your diaper cake. But if for any reason you aren’t we’ll cheerfully refund your money or replace your diaper cake. You have our word on it.
If you are not happy for any reason, please contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of your item at sales@lilbabycakes.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). The return shipment of the cake is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon return receipt of your item at Li'l Baby Cakes®, we will refund the price of the cake only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused (i.e., product is not removed from the white tulle wrapping), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order receipt received at the time the order was place.
Please Note: We cannot be responsible for orders that must be delivered by a specific date, as shipping is provided by 3rd parties (e.g., UPS). Please remember that orders can take up to 2 days to be made plus the shipping time. Please refer to the shipping chart shown here for typical shipping times.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot except any returns for custom products we make specifically for a customer. Once the order is approved by the customer and shipped we cannot except a return unless the product was damaged by the shipping carrier. In this case, the refund is supported by the shipping carrier.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
