How much is the shipping for the diaper cakes & baby gifts?

Our Diaper cakes are shipped in large boxes and they weigh between 4lbs and 8lbs depending on the cake you purchase. As a general rule, most of our three tier diaper cakes are $12.95 $9.95 to ship via UPS Ground Shipping. Four tier cakes are $16.95 $12.95 and five tier cakes are $19.95 $17.95. Plush toys and teddy bears are normally shipped at a flat rate of $6.95. These are flat rates to anywhere within the US.
How fast do you need your diaper cake?
When you place your order online, your diaper cake is placed next in line to be made by hand. There may be 3 cakes ahead of yours or there may be 25 cakes in front of yours.
We try to get all diaper cakes made and shipped out within 48 hours and then it takes another 1-5 days for the UPS Ground package to arrive.
Please allow approximately 5-7 Business Days for your order to arrive. This means if you place your order on a Thursday, you can expect your package to arrive on or before Thursday of the following week. We do have express options available if you need a faster turnaround time (see below)...

Faster Service...
First is the VIP service. This puts your diaper cake next in line to be made. If there are 25 cakes ordered before yours, you will have your cake pushed to the front of the line and it will be made next (usually within 12-24 hours of your order). Also with VIP service, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground (whichever quotes the faster delivery speed). You should get the diaper cake within 3-5 business days. VIP service is available for a small extra fee of $15. This fee will get your cake created and shipped within 24 hours in most cases. Orders placed by 2pm eastern on Monday will arrive by Friday of the same week with VIP Service.

The Fastest Service...
Finally is the Express VIP service. This puts your diaper cake next in line like the regular VIP service, but rather than Priority Mail, your cake will be shipped by Express Mail. Express mail is typically overnight delivery from the post office to most locations. This is the fastest service we provide and in many cases, you can have the cake delivered the very next day if ordered before 9am eastern. Express VIP has an expedited service charge of $35 + the regular shipping fees as shown above.
Important Notice: For your protection, the US Postal Service requires a signature at delivery when you use this option. This is the default shipping option for our Express VIP Service customers. You can waive the signature required option by typing "Waive Signature" in the Miscellaneous note section during check-out. LilBaby Cakes cannot be held responsible for any lost orders if the signature required option is waived.

International Shipping
We will gladly ship our diaper cakes anywhere in the world! However, international shipments have a higher shipping fee and slower delivery times than orders within the US. Please allow at least 10 business days for international shipments to arrive to allow time to pass through customs.
The International shipping price is calculated by the shopping cart based on the size of the diaper cake ordered and the country it is being shipped to.
