SHIPPING & HANDLING
Your Lil' Baby Cake order will ship to you via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. For domestic orders, we typically use UPS for all shipments unless VIP Express or VIP Service is selected. For international orders, we utilize USPS International Priority Mail.
Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days but may ship sooner depending on sales volume. VIP Service and VIP Express Services are offered for customers who need turnaround within 24 hours and/or overnight shipping for their order.
Please note that UPS does not deliver our packages on Saturdays, however, the USPS does deliver on Saturdays.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. For example, UPS will not deliver to an apartment building if the apartment number is not provided. Please make certain accurate shipping information is included. Lil' Baby Cakes cannot be held responsible for delivery issues that involve incorrect/missing address information.
We are required by law to collect any applicable sales taxes for orders placed by Michigan residents. Sales tax liability for non-Michigan residents is the responsibility of the customer depending on the applicable sale tax law in the state they reside.

You satsifaction is 100% guaranteed on anything you buy from Lil Baby Cakes. Our top priority is for you to be thrilled with your diaper cake. But if for any reason you aren’t (though we can’t imagine why you wouldn’t be!) we’ll cheerfully refund your money or replace your diaper cake. You have our word on it.
If you are not happy for any reason, please contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of your item at littlebabycakes@gmail.com. We will help to arrange return shipping of your item to expedite the return process. Upon return receipt of your item we will refund the total price of your order less the shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot be responsible orders that
must be delivered by a specific date, unless the order is shipped
via Overnight Delivery using our VIP Express Service. Please remember that orders can take up to 2
days to be made plus the shipping time. Priority Mail generally
requires 2-3 days to deliver, but occasionally can take up to 4 days. Please refer to the shipping chart shown here for typical shipping times.

CHECKS, COMPANY CHECKS, AND PERSONAL CHECKS
Lil' Baby Cakes accepts money orders,
cashiers checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S.
Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order
or cashiers check. For personal and company checks, please
allow up to 7 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds
before the order is processed.
