- Your choice of either Burt's Bees Premium Brand Baby Lotions, Soaps, Balm or Choose Johnson & Johnson Baby Care Products
- High End Contemporary Polka Dot Ribbon ( Brown with Pink Dots)
Cake dimensions: 12 inches wide and 16 inches tall
Each Lil’ Baby Cake comes beautifully wrapped with premium ribbon, bow & white tulle - ready for giving.
This diaper cake design is exclusive to Lil’ Baby Cakes and can only be purchased here.

Please note that all shipping and processing times apply for business days only:

Orders Shipped within 48 Contiguous States:
Orders are handmade and shipped within 48 hours when received by 2 pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2 pm EST ship within 48 hours beginning the next business day. All orders ship UPS Ground unless a different expedited shipping method is selected during check-out. See Expedited Shipping Options below.
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii: Please contact our office by email or by calling 866-944-2253 to arrange for shipping to these states.
Expedited Shipping Options:
Lil' Baby Cakes offers two options to speed your order to the new mom.
"Make Mine First".
This service allows your order to be moved to the "front of the line". Your order will be shipped within 24 hours. This option does not determine shipping. These orders are shipped using normal UPS Ground service. You can select the Make Mine First option during check-out. The service fee for Make Mine First is $15.
VIP Express.
This option moves your order to the front of the line AND provides expedited shipping using USPS Express Mail. The same 2 pm EST cut-off applies for VIP Express. Please note that the USPS does not guarantee overnight delivery in all areas. Please check the USPS website for details about your shipping destination. The VIP Express shipping costs are calculated during checkout. You will have the option to see the shipping costs before completing your purchase.
International Orders
All International orders ship using USPS Priority Mail. Our packages cannot be shipped using Express mail. Please allow 6 to 10 days after your order is shipped to arrive at its destination. Packages are subject to customs inspection and possible duties. Lil' Baby Cakes cannot be responsible for any duties which may be levied by the receiving country.

This cake was so cute! The mom to be loved it. The little booties and the teddy bear are made with that supper soft/fluffy material ,so that was great. All in all the cake is constructed very well, and all the products were great. It was a little smaller than I expected, but that wasn't really a problem, it was still great and I will definately order from here again and recemond them to friends for baby shower gift ideas. Oh my goodness I was so surprised at how beautiful it was. I had it shipped to my daughter's address in Virginia Beach as I live in Chicago and I was having her baby shower at her house.
