November 2008 Diaper Cake of the Month

This month I wanted to design a diaper cake that would match the general theme for November. Naturally, I am talking about Thanksgiving and giving thanks for all we have. I thought it would be appropriate for this month’s cake be a simple “I Love You” tribute to the parents of the new baby. And so I am introducing the I Love Mommy and Daddy 4 Tier Diaper Cake.

I also wanted to design a gender neutral cake so that it could be given to a girl or boy without getting hung up on traditional colors such as blue for boys and pink for girls.

The plush toys are Gund products. The lion is the Gund I Love Daddy plush toy and the elephant is the Gund I Love Mommy plush toy. The topper will vary to include either a Gund lion or elephant rattle.

A nice assortment of Johnson and Johnson baby products is also included along with coordinating ribbons to finish it off.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year, and I am thankful for the parents that I have and the good values they instilled in me.

It is very cute. Although you stated it is gender neutral, I think I would lean towards that style for a girl rather than a boy.
Definitely one I would consider!

Hi,
I used the blue striped duck 3 tier diaper cake as a center piece for a baby shower, with similar ducks as favors on the table and it was a great hit.
I was impressed with the quality of the cake and would order it again.

I purchased the green/pink elephant diaper cake to bring as a gift to the hospital instead of flowers. It was perfect. The colors matched great with the theme of the nursery and it was very well put together. Diapers will always be a necessity for a newborn. I would definately shop from Lil baby cakes again.
